Refund Policy

Do Good Society (“DGS”) provides digital memberships and affiliate-driven services. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are issued for users who purchase or subscribe through our platform.

Since DGS provides access to digital content and membership benefits immediately upon activation, refunds may be limited depending on usage, activation status, and local laws. This policy exists to protect both our members and our business, and to ensure clarity and fairness for all users.

1. Digital Memberships

All DGS memberships provide immediate access to digital content, community features, and impact-driven programs. Because of this instant delivery, all membership fees are generally non-refundable once the membership is activated.

If a user has not activated or used their membership benefits, they may request a review for a possible refund. Approval is not guaranteed and is assessed case-by-case.

2. Billing Errors

If you believe you were incorrectly charged due to a billing error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Verified billing errors will be fully refunded.

3. Duplicate Charges

If a duplicate payment is identified, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.

4. Affiliate Earnings

Affiliate payouts are not refundable under any circumstances, as they are based on verified active members generated by the affiliate.

5. Special Circumstances

Refunds may be issued under exceptional cases such as:

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • System errors preventing access to membership

  • Situations required by local consumer laws

DGS reserves the right to request supporting documentation when reviewing such cases.

6. How to Request a Refund

Provide your:

  • Full name

  • Email associated with your membership

  • Transaction ID or screenshot of payment

  • Reason for the request

Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days.

7. Final Decision

All refund decisions made by Do Good Society are final. Once a membership is refunded (if approved), access to all member benefits will be revoked immediately.
