These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Do Good Society (“DGS”, “we”, “our”, “us”) website, membership platform, affiliate program, volunteer program, influencer program, and all related services.

By accessing or using any DGS service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the website or any DGS programs.

Our services are open to individuals of all ages. By using this website or participating in any DGS program, you confirm that:

• You have permission from a parent or legal guardian if required under your local laws (for example, if you are a minor).
• You will use the site and its features responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising the activities of minors who access or participate in our programs.

The DGS Membership is a monthly subscription that provides benefits, savings, and contributes to social-impact initiatives.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the recurring membership fee until cancelled.
• Maintain an active payment method.
• Use your membership benefits only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

​

You may cancel anytime, and cancellation will stop future billing but will not refund past payments.

Affiliates earn $6 USD per active member per month referred through their unique link.

Affiliate requirements:

• You must register through the DGS Affiliate Portal.
• Earnings are paid only for active, paying members.
• Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or misuse of the link are prohibited and may result in removal and forfeited earnings.
• Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes.

DGS may review, approve, or decline any affiliate account at our discretion.

The Volunteer Program is a partnership-based initiative connecting local charities with DGS.

Volunteers agree that:

• Referrals must come from verified charity partners.
• Each successful membership generates compensation to the volunteer and a donation to the partnering charity.
• Volunteers may not misrepresent DGS or make false claims.
• Misuse of referral privileges may result in program removal.

Influencers earn a flat-rate payout upon meeting a minimum referral goal.

Requirements:

• Referral goals and payout amounts are provided upon onboarding.
• Influencer-created content must be accurate and not misleading.
• You may not promote DGS using prohibited content (hate, harassment, illegal activities, etc.).
• Manipulated or fraudulent traffic will invalidate rewards.

All earnings are processed once referrals are confirmed and active.

• Payout methods vary by region and may require identity verification.
• DGS reserves the right to withhold or adjust payments due to errors, fraud, or system misuse.
• Users are responsible for any taxes owed on earnings.

You agree not to:

• Break any applicable laws
• Attempt to breach or bypass our security systems
• Misuse referral programs or create fake accounts
• Upload or distribute harmful, defamatory, or illegal content
• Interfere with the platform’s normal operation

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

All content on the DGS website—including branding, logos, images, text, and design—belongs to DGS and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any DGS materials without permission.

DGS may suspend or terminate accounts if:

​

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Required information is not provided
• The user behaves abusively toward staff or other users

Termination may result in forfeited earnings if fraud or misuse is involved.

DGS provides services “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding:

​

• Referral earnings
• Platform performance
• Impact data accuracy
• Membership benefits availability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DGS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms at any time.

If changes are significant, we will provide notice on the website or by email. Continued use of DGS services means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required by local consumer laws.
